Left Justified

Shaz FM: Over My Head (Cable Car) by The Fray
Feeling: Hungry

It's over. I don't have any more assessments this term. All I have to do is finish all the work Im given this week, then use the holidays to study my butt off. Firstly, weekend. It was a very very quiet one, although some interesting things happened. Friday, I rang up Liam XD That was the most unusual phone conversation ever. First, I was totally shocked by his voice, was really expecting something else. Second, we talk about random trivia about Haruhi and then about accents lmao. I was talking to Bec, and the whole university thing? Well I'm keeping my options open but right now, Im having doubts about going to Sydney. I have no idea why. I feel like I won't cope over there, I feel like it's not cut out for me XD A bit silly to say now seeing I've only visited there, never lived there but I'm a hopeless case. I can't cook to save my life and living with the Kavanaghs (Family Friends) seem like a scary experience for me. I have friends there but I still don't feel like its for me. Of course it doesn't mean I wont apply for the unis in Syd :)

My options for Sydney are University of Sydney and University of New South Wales. I have three other options at the moment.
  1. I study here at the University of New South Wales Asia except if they don't add anymore commerce courses, I wont have the one I want. The benefits of living here is that I already have somewhere to live, I have made lots of friends here, I know my way around, and my family will still get to see me.
  2. I go and study at the University of Western Australia (Perth). It's closer to home so my family will still be able to visit me.
  3. I go to Melbourne instead, at La Trobe University. The benefits of studying here is that Bec's gonna live there, in her old house. I could be roommates with her, and cut costs down. I've known her for three years so I'm already comfortable with her. She will have heaps of family there, plus her family will come down and visit often. It's close to La Trobe and I have friends here. The only thing is that it's quite unlikely my family will visit me. I'm looking forward to this option at this point. I checked out the courses at La Trobe and I found one which was absolutely perfect. Bachelor of Business (Hospitality and Tourism). The UAI is 50 O_O, only cause most people want to go to Melbourne Uni or Monash.
I'm leaving my options open for now but I'm gonna start cutting down options in June/July. Tomorrow after school, I have a Chinese Trip meeting, and since my guardian or my parents aren't around, Im gonna go there and get more info ^^ On Thursday, Year 12 get a BBQ to end our first semester of Year 12 (OMG, we're nearly there!) then the Term ends on Friday. Partayy XD. Oh you know the forums I go to? Club Bleach? And how I've met up with a few members already a few times? Friday will be the ultimate fun ever. Trina and Tom, fellow CBers from Australia are coming down this friday \o/ We're all gonna meet up so there will be 7 of us roaming Orchard lol. It's gonna be a bit weird about Tom after what's happened but we've dealt with it and by gones are by gones so I believe we'll still get along pretty well ^_^. Plus, Liam is expecting another call from us haha.

I'm staying in Singapore for one week. What I have to do:
I'm going to Trina's 21st Birthday Party friday night next week. The next day, I leave at 3.25pm back for KL. Adam has his 16th bday party on Sunday the 8th. For that whole week, I will just need to revise my notes, do more maths and I can do some of the things I want to do with my family. Exams start 23rd of April (2nd week back). I also need to go see Blithe's Spirit by Noel Coward, a play which will be set in a Singaporean context the first week back of Term 3 Year 12. Right, that's all from me. I have to do by business homework plus find 'The Removalists' play because I need to do work for Drama tomorrow. Oh yeah, and practice piano too cause I have class. Ta xx
